We hope you and your loved ones are all safe and well. It has been announced that all dental practices will be permitted to reopen from the 8th June. In line with guidance issued by the Chief Dental Officer of England, practices will be limited to the services they are able to provide. In light of this, we will only be treating emergencies at this time, whilst our practice remains closed for refurbishment.
We would respectfully ask that you only contact the surgery at this time, if you are experiencing a dental emergency, including pain and/or swelling and our dental team will be happy to offer you any further advice.
If you have a routine dental appointment scheduled in the next few weeks, we will contact you in due course to cancel and rearrange your appointment.
At York House we always place our patient’s health and wellbeing above all else. Being at the forefront of innovation is key to our practice philosophy. Given the current climate, we have decided to undergo a full practice refurbishment to stay ahead of the curve. By planning for the future in our design and workflow we can ensure the safety of our team and patients moving forward, whilst still providing the highest quality dental care you’ve come to expect from our practice. One such measure we will be taking, is the incorporation of clean air technology across the practice, successfully adopted by many healthcare institutes after the SARS outbreak of 2004. This will significantly reduce any airborne and droplet virus exposure alongside our already high standard of cross infection control.
We trust you will be extremely happy with the new practice and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this essential work may cause during this period.
